Hi. I didn't get what you meant using かるいでました. Probably "going back" or "returning" in English? If so, かえりました would be the correct answer! I was a TA of Japanese class thorough the year when I was in the United States as an exchange student. I had lots of friends over there who were struggling with learning with Japanese but the same time trying hard! It's the same thing for me.. learning other language.. hard time but fun! I wish I could be some help for you:)
